Product Use Description
Ammonium sulfate is an excellent nitrogen fertilizer (commonly known as field fertilizer). It is suitable for general soil and crops. It can make branches and leaves grow vigorously, improve fruit quality and yield, and enhance the crop's resistance to disasters. It can be used as base fertilizer, top dressing and seed fertilizer.
In the chemical industry, it is used as raw material for the production of hydrogen peroxide, ammonium alum and ammonium chloride, and in the welding industry, it is used as flux. Used in the textile industry as a fire retardant for fabrics. In the electroplating industry, it is used as an additive in electroplating baths.
Food grade used as dough conditioner; yeast nutrient. It is used as a nitrogen source for yeast culture in fresh yeast production. The dosage is not specified.
Rare earth mining uses ammonium sulfate as raw material, and uses ion exchange to exchange the rare earth elements in the mineral soil. The leachate is then collected to remove impurities, precipitate, press, and burn to form raw rare earth ore.
